Basket Cleaning Systems

The baskets can be cleaned on the inside and outside after each coating cycle with a very high spray pressure. Beside the fact that we prevent a contamination of the dip tanks, we also reduce the risk of part mixing to a minimum as the baskets are turned upside down during the cleaning process.

Basket cleaning systems can either be integrated in a processing line or supplied as stand-alone equipment.
