Centrifugal disc finishing units

Forplan centrifugal disc finishing units feature extremely high efficiency. With this machine, particularly small parts can be perfectly deburred as well as high-gloss polished.

Through a rotating disc at the bottom of the processing container, parts and grinding media are set in rotational motion. The resulting centrifugal forces cause a grinding pressure on parts. Wet processing is suitable for deburring and grinding, while dry processing is suitable for polishing.

Various models with different production capacities and degrees of automation are available for selection. Optionally, systems can be equipped with PLC controller for storing processing programmes.
